Urban Mutations est une action urbaine à Dresde (Allemagne) avec la participation d'artistes du monde Arabe. Cette manifestation cherche à rompre la vision habituelle de la ville en divers lieux.

À la gare et sur plusieurs panneaux d'affichages en ville, les portraits d"Égyptiens" de Nabil Boutros ainsi que ses "Invitations au bonheur" — vraies fausses pubs — obligent les passants à changer d'une perception passive à une prise de conscience active de la réalité.../

Urban Mutations is an urban action at Dresden (Germany) with the participation of artists from the Arab World. It breaks the usual vision of the city in different places.

At the railway station and on many billboards in town, portraits of "Egyptians" by Nabil Boutros and his "Invitation to Happiness" — real false ads — force the passer-by to change his passive perception to an active consciousness of reality.../
